Jiangsu Xingao bellows Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989, with a construction area of more than 13,000 square meters. It is a modern enterprise integrating the design, production and sales of metal hose, corrugated metal expansion joint, piping compensatory couplings, rubber expansion joint and etc.       Xingao's main products include: various types of corrugated metal hoses from DN6 to 1000mm, LNG low-temperature hoses, various types of metal bellows expansion joints from DN25 to 6000mm, rubber expansion joints.       The metal hose is produced in accordance with the GB/T14525-2010 standard, which has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance, good flexibility and less land occupation. The corrugated expansion joint is designed according to EJMA and ASME standards, and produced and inspected according to GB/T12777-2019 standard. The products are widely used in nuclear power, petroleum, gas, low temperature, chemical industry, wind power, thermal power, photovoltaic, smelting, construction, heating pipelines, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and other fields. Our products are also exported to Russia, Brunei, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and other countries.        Xingao has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational Health and safety management system, TS2732H18-2026 special equipment production license and other related certifications, and have a perfect quality assurance system to ensure the traceability of product quality. Xingao has 20 sets of various bellows forming equipments, 12 bellows production lines, and more than 150 sets of various mechanical processing equipments, including automatic longitudinal welding machine, large tonnage four-column hydraulic press, automatic bellow forming machine, special automatic circular seam welding machine, environmental protection type sandblasting spray painting drying system and other advanced special production equipment, with a complete set of ultrasonic pure water cleaning production line, which can effectively ensure the cleanliness of products. We also have eddy current testing, mechanical properties testing, chemical analysis, X-ray testing, pressure test, air tightness test, fatigue test, helium mass spectrometry leak detection and other advanced special testing facilities.Xingao has more than 120 employees, including 15 engineering and technical personnel, strong technical force.
